Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HYSRTech is a technology consultancy focused on speeding up the digital transformation of major market players. They are looking for a Fullstack Developer with solid experience in the Microsoft ecosystem and modern JavaScript frameworks to develop scalable, resilient, and performance-oriented systems for global-scale clients. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using .NET (C#) on the backend and React on the frontend • Model and manage relational databases using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server • Implement and optimize non-relational storage solutions (NoSQL) • Ensure code quality through automated testing and architectural best practices (Clean Architecture, DDD) • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) • Contribute to the technical evolution of both HYSRTech and the partners where you are assigned Skills • Solid experience with .NET Core / .NET 5+ • Proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux, or state management libraries) • Advanced experience with EF Core (Migrations, LINQ, Performance Tuning) • Strong knowledge of T-SQL (SQL Server): Stored Procedures, Views, and Query Optimization • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, CosmosDB, or similar) • Proficiency in RESTful APIs and version control (Git) • Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud environments • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus) • Intermediate/Advanced English (for global project collaboration) Benefits • Work Model: 100% Remote. • Contract Type: Contractor or Full-time. • Payment & Onboarding: Managed via Deel (supporting local currency payments and compliance). • Opportunity to work on projects for large national and international companies.
