This position reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with individuals across the marketing, customer success, and sales teams. You will be the sole product marketer in the New York office, spearheading GTM strategy on behalf of the entire marketing department. Responsibilities You will be the Hyro expert developing our go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, pricing plans and product naming, particularly for new segments You’ll collaborate with the marketing and product teams to lead product launches, and own the creation of product-specific sales and marketing collateral that includes one pagers, decks, landing pages, webinars and more. You’ll own analyst relations and market analysis, identifying trends, threats, and opportunities for growth and conveying differentiation to key industry analysts You’ll be the beacon of thought leadership and market knowledge for our GTM teams in the NY office, guiding Sales, CS, and Solutions on how to stand out. You’ll collaborate closely with the GTM teams and product teams to create a feedback loop that delivers insights that impact the product roadmap You will be responsible for developing positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and enabling the sales and marketing teams to work efficiently together to generate and close opportunities You’ll find creative ways to tie our value props into strong brand campaigns, alongside our growth and content marketers Requirements 3+ years experience in healthcare required 6+ years experience as a product marketer (B2B or tech experience a strong plus) Highly skilled in go-to-market strategy Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin or similar Creative abilities and copywriting skills - a must Proactive self-starter, high initiative and critical thinking, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously Enthusiastic problem-solver who can think creatively and excel in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Team player that can work collaboratively, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, customer success, design and sales departments Excellent writer with strong verbal communication skills Organized and detail-oriented marketer, with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage time This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000 annually. The range provided is for NY-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience.
