About the Role: We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Data Analyst who can translate business requirements into actionable analytics. You’ll build Tableau/Power BI dashboards and analytical reports, uncover trends in large datasets, and communicate clear insights to leaders and stakeholders. What You’ll Do: • Translate business needs → analytics solutions: partner with product/ops/finance to frame problems and define KPIs, datasets, and success metrics. • Build dashboards & reports: design, develop, and iterate Tableau/Power BI dashboards and executive-ready reports per business specs. • Analyze large datasets: discover trends, patterns, and drivers; perform cohort/segmentation, time-series, and ad-hoc analyses. • Stakeholder & project leadership: manage day-to-day communication, status, and development plans; run check-ins and synthesize feedback. • Tell the story: create impactful presentations and documents that convert analysis into decisions and next steps. • Brainstorm & solutioning: participate in whiteboard/working sessions and propose data-backed solution approaches. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience). • 6–8 years building analytical reports/dashboards and delivering business insights. • Strong communication skills; comfortable with executives and cross-functional teams. • Proficiency with BI tools: Tableau and/or Power BI (data modeling, DAX/LOD, viz best practices). • Solid SQL; strong tabular data handling/manipulation (joins, window functions, performance tuning). • Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis/automation. • Experience with big-data & cloud tools such as Spark and Databricks (nice to have). • Excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Access a plus). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment; accountable for delivering end-to-end. • Healthcare/Health Insurance (US) domain experience is a plus (claims, eligibility, utilization, risk adjustment, etc.). #LI-SS1
