Full Description

Job Title: Java Full-Stack Developer Location: Saint Paul, MN (2-3 days/week onsite) Duration: Full-Time position Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Java Developer to design, build, and support high-quality applications within a modern technology environment. This role involves hands-on development with a strong focus on application architecture, performance, security, and maintainability. You will collaborate with business partners, clients, and technical teams to enhance existing systems and deliver new features that align with key business priorities. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Data JPA. Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable solutions. Participate in all phases of the SDLC including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring overall application stability. Improve architecture, code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and development processes. Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and support continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: 9+ years of experience in Java full-stack development. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Frameworks, and Microsoft SQL Server. Solid understanding of REST services, APIs, and backend integrations. Experience with GitHub, CI/CD tools, and modern deployment practices. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator with strong teamwork and customer service skills. Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with emerging technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience building and consuming REST APIs (Kong experience is a plus). Cloud experience with AWS, including Kubernetes, Secrets Manager, etc. Exposure to JSF/PrimeFaces and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
