We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and help bring the Hyperice brand to life across digital and physical touchpoints. What You’ll Do • Support the design and production of creative assets across digital, social, web, email, retail, and print • Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional partners to execute on brand campaigns and product launches • Create and adapt layouts, graphics, and visual systems within established brand guidelines • Assist with updates and versioning of assets for global markets • Organize and maintain design files and components within Figma and internal systems • Participate in creative reviews and contribute ideas with a strong eye for detail and craft What You’ll Bring • 1–3 years of graphic design experience • Strong working knowledge of Figma (required) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • A solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy • Ability to take direction, iterate quickly, and manage multiple projects at once • A portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern design and strong fundamentals • Interest in sports, wellness, performance, or lifestyle brands is a plus Nice to Have • Experience supporting digital marketing or e-commerce assets • Familiarity with motion, basic animation, or social-first design • Experience working within a fast-paced, in-house creative team
