Responsibilities • Performs repetitive handling of drug product containers while predominantly in a seated position, swirling and inverting containers and extending arm out in front of light source to identify product defects • Ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Completes visual inspection forms and reports • Identifies and communicates product quality issues • Assists with receiving and inspecting of manufactured products, vial coding and labeling, sampling, testing, and measurement of critical components • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications • HS Diploma required; AS/BS degree preferred • Must be able to maintain visual qualifications annually, ability to see all colors and ability to visually discern product specifications across multiple products • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Previous experience within FDA/USDA and/or GMP environment is preferred
