About the Opportunity In this Business Development Associate role, you will play a key role in supporting our team’s business development efforts and building strong client relationships for the firm. Your responsibilities will include generating qualified leads, scheduling, and preparing for client meetings. HydePark specializes in commercial office, retail, and mixed-use properties within a specific geographic area, providing you with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development at a boutique firm. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities that will enhance your skills in the field. As part of our team, you will receive comprehensive training in various commercial real estate services, including property management, leasing, advisory services, and marketing/branding, among others. The firm will also provide professional development via access to industry memberships. Compensation structure: Base + Commission with opportunity for equity in firm once new account threshold is met Works remotely and independently from a location near Boise, ID or Dallas, TX Responsibilities • Make an agreed upon number of lead-generating calls per week, as determined by the Managing Director • Oversee all cycles of your deal pipeline. Included but not limited to: Cold Calls, Leads, Proposals, and Executed Contract. • Interface with clients clearly and effectively via phone calls, in person meetings and email. • Attend local business and industry events, participate in client meetings, and continuously expand your knowledge of the local marketplace. • Acquire qualified referrals from existing clients and investors • Build and maintain an average of 10 – 20 new leads per month with an expected annual volume of 25 new accounts. • Update and maintain teams CRM within our shared database. Qualifications • Three to Five years of proven and progressive related sales and marketing experience • Knowledge of commercial real estate sector and business development • Ability to meet and/or exceed established sales goals (demonstrated ability to develop new commercial owner and asset management firm relationships preferred) • Excellent public relations and sales skills • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills • Well-developed decision-making and persuasion skills • Preference given to candidates who can bring an established book of business and client relationships • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a business, finance or related field or equivalent experience. Compensation Range: $35,000 to $45,000 Base Salary plus Commission
