Role Overview: As a Confirmations Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have seamless and enjoyable vacation experiences. Working from home within the Orlando, FL area, you will be the key point of contact for confirming reservations and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do: - You will confirm vacation reservations accurately and efficiently. - You will provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone and email. - You will resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve processes. - You will meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards. - You will stay informed about Hyatt Vacation Ownership products and services. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable using computer systems and CRM software. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently from home. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel or hospitality industry. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience working remotely. - Familiarity with Hyatt Vacation Ownership products.
