What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via phone to explain the benefits of Hyatt Vacation Ownership. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations to meet those needs effectively. - You will manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and commission goals. - You will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and processes. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better assist customers. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or remote environment. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals. - You have basic computer skills and are comfortable using CRM software. - You must reside in the Orlando, FL area to qualify for this remote position. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Experience working in a remote or home-based sales role.
