This role is designed for motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with people and driving sales in a remote work setting. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via phone to promote Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will provide detailed information about vacation ownership options and answer customer inquiries. - You will meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or remote environment. - You have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively. - You possess basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. - You live in the Orlando, FL area as this is a remote position requiring local residency.
