What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. - You will present and explain vacation ownership products and benefits clearly and persuasively. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vacation ownership options. - You will achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in call center or telemarketing roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Must reside in the Orlando, FL area.
