Role Overview: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers, understanding their vacation needs, and offering tailored vacation ownership solutions. This remote position requires you to be based in the Orlando, FL area to effectively engage with our local market. What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. - You will present and explain vacation ownership products and benefits clearly and persuasively. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vacation ownership options. - You will achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
