What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via phone to explain the benefits of Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations to match their vacation preferences. - You will manage inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and close sales. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting. - You have basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly. - You must reside in the Orlando, FL area to qualify for this position. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, to engage a broader customer base.
