This position is designed for motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with people and driving sales in a dynamic, remote work environment. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via phone to promote Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will provide detailed information about our vacation ownership options and answer customer inquiries. - You will build rapport and trust with customers to facilitate sales conversions. - You will meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or remote environment. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively. - You have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. - You are a resident of the Orlando, FL area as this is a location-specific role. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
