Role Overview: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential customers and helping them discover the benefits of Hyatt Vacation Club. This remote position requires you to be based in the Orlando, FL area, where you will engage with clients to drive sales and contribute to the company’s growth. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via phone to present Hyatt Vacation Club offerings. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations accordingly. - You will manage inbound and outbound calls to maximize sales opportunities. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working remotely and managing your time effectively. - You have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and CRM software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
