Role Overview: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and helping them discover the benefits of Hyatt Vacation Club. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while being part of a dynamic sales team focused on achieving targets and providing outstanding customer experiences. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls to promote Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations to highlight the value of our vacation ownership options. - You will manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and processes. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in call center sales or a related customer service role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. - Must reside in the Orlando, FL area to qualify for this remote position. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish. - Familiarity with commission-based compensation structures.
