What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via phone to promote Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations to match their vacation preferences. - You will manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently to maximize sales opportunities. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed sales goals. - You will provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in call center sales or a related customer service role. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess strong persuasive abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You have basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Knowledge of Orlando, FL area demographics and market trends.
