Role Overview: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and helping them discover the benefits of Hyatt Vacation Club. This position is designed for motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with people and driving sales in a dynamic, remote work environment. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via phone to promote Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will provide detailed information about our vacation ownership options and answer customer inquiries. - You will build rapport and trust with customers to facilitate sales conversions. - You will meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or remote environment. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively. - You have basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. - You live in the Orlando, FL area and have a reliable internet connection for remote work. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
