What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via phone to promote Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will provide detailed information about our vacation ownership options and answer customer inquiries. - You will achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or remote environment. - You have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools. - You have a strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude. - You must reside in the Orlando, FL area to qualify for this remote position. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with remote work best practices and self-motivation.
