Role Overview: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and guiding them through the vacation ownership purchase process. This role is designed for motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with people and are passionate about delivering outstanding service from the comfort of their own home. What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting Hyatt Vacation Ownership products. - You will build rapport and trust with customers to understand their vacation needs and preferences. - You will explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively. - You will meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and follow-up. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or remote environment. - You possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools. - You have a strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude. - You must reside in the Orlando, FL area to qualify for this remote position. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with Hyatt Vacation Club products and services.
