Role Overview: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and helping them discover the benefits of Hyatt Vacation Club. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while being part of a dynamic sales team focused on achieving targets and providing outstanding customer experiences. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via phone to promote Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will explain product features and benefits clearly to help customers make informed decisions. - You will meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or remote environment. - You possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - You are self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals. - You have basic computer skills and the ability to navigate CRM systems. - You reside in the Orlando, FL area and have a reliable internet connection for remote work.
