Role Overview: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and helping them discover the benefits of Hyatt Vacation Club. This remote position based in the Orlando, FL area offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales goals while working from the comfort of your home. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls to promote Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will provide detailed information about our vacation ownership products and answer customer inquiries. - You will build rapport and trust with customers to effectively present sales offers. - You will meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are motivated by targets and have a positive, customer-focused attitude. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience working from home.
