This remote position based in the Orlando, FL area offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales goals while working from the comfort of your home. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls to promote Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will provide detailed information about our vacation ownership products and answer customer inquiries. - You will build rapport and trust with customers to effectively present sales offers. - You will meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are motivated by targets and have a positive, customer-focused attitude. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience working from home.
