This remote position based in the Orlando, FL area offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales goals while working from the comfort of your home. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via phone to promote Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will provide detailed information about our vacation ownership options and answer customer inquiries. - You will build rapport and trust with customers to facilitate sales conversions. - You will meet or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in call center sales or a related customer service role. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and CRM software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with remote work tools and best practices.
