This remote position requires you to be based in the Orlando, FL area, where you will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships. What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting Hyatt Vacation Ownership products and services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations to match their vacation goals. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. - You will meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective communication and persuasion. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and sales techniques. - You will provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently from home. - Must reside in the Orlando, FL area to qualify for this remote position. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other languages relevant to the Orlando market. - Familiarity with remote work tools and best practices.
