What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via phone to promote Hyatt Vacation Club ownership opportunities. - You will provide detailed information about our vacation ownership products and answer customer inquiries. - You will build rapport and trust with customers to understand their vacation needs and preferences. - You will meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. - You possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - You are self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals. - You have basic computer skills and are comfortable using CRM software. - You must reside in the Orlando, FL area to qualify for this remote position.
