Role Overview: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and helping them discover the benefits of Hyatt Vacation Club. This remote position based in the Orlando, FL area offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales goals while working from the comfort of your home. What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting Hyatt Vacation Club offerings clearly and persuasively. - You will build rapport and trust with customers to understand their vacation needs and tailor solutions accordingly. - You will meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. - You will stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable service. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. - Must reside in the Orlando, FL area to qualify for this position.
