What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting Hyatt Vacation Club offerings clearly and persuasively. - You will build rapport and trust with customers to understand their vacation needs and tailor solutions accordingly. - You will meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. - You will stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable service. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. - Must reside in the Orlando, FL area to qualify for this position. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Previous success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with remote work tools and virtual communication platforms.
