What You'll Do: - You will engage with inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting Hyatt Vacation Club products and services. - You will build rapport and trust with customers to understand their vacation needs and preferences. - You will explain membership benefits, pricing, and financing options clearly and persuasively. - You will meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and sales best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in call center or telemarketing environments. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time efficiently. - Must reside in the Orlando, FL area to qualify for this position.
