This position offers the flexibility of working from home while being part of a dynamic sales team based in the Orlando, FL area. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls to promote Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will provide detailed information about our vacation ownership products and answer customer inquiries. - You will build rapport and trust with customers to understand their vacation needs and preferences. - You will meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and sales best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in call center sales or a related customer service role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. - Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time efficiently. - Must reside in the Orlando, FL area to qualify for this remote position.
