Role Overview: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential customers and helping them discover the benefits of Hyatt Vacation Club. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while being part of a dynamic sales team focused on achieving targets and providing outstanding customer experiences. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via phone to promote Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations to match their vacation preferences. - You will manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently to maximize sales opportunities. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed sales goals. - You will provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships. - You will stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or remote environment. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively. - You have basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software. - You reside in the Orlando, FL area as this is a remote position requiring local residency.
