This remote position requires you to be based in the Orlando, FL area, where you will engage with clients, provide information, and drive sales in a dynamic and rewarding environment. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers. - You will educate customers about Hyatt Vacation Club products and services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations accordingly. - You will achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in call center sales or telemarketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. - Must reside in the Orlando, FL area.
