Role Overview: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and helping them discover the benefits of Hyatt Vacation Club. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while being part of a dynamic sales team focused on achieving targets and providing outstanding customer experiences. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via phone to promote Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will explain product features and benefits clearly to help customers make informed decisions. - You will meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or remote environment. - You have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently from home. - You possess basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. - You live in the Orlando, FL area as this is a location-specific role.
