Role Overview: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and helping them discover the benefits of Hyatt Vacation Club. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while being part of a dynamic sales team focused on achieving targets and providing outstanding customer experiences. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls to promote Hyatt Vacation Club memberships. - You will identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations to highlight the value of our vacation ownership options. - You will manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or telemarketing environment. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and CRM software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with Orlando, FL market and customer base.
