Qualifications Responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day operations of Hyatt’s Global Quality Assurance Program and Communications Portal system. This includes creating and maintaining documentation, training resources, and process guidelines to ensure property, above property and corporate success. Additional responsibilities include ensuring QA inspections are executed seamlessly, communications are effectively distributed, and data is tracked accurately to inform meaningful action at the property and corporate levels. Quality Assurance Program Support • Maintain inspection protocol, ensuring inspections align with program standards and requirements. • Support with vendors, hotels, and regional leaders to ensure inspections are completed accurately and on time. • Manage invoice processing and billbacks • Implement issues tracking, documentation, analysis and reporting of the program to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with Global Brand, Operations, and Functional stakeholders to maintain the integrity of QA data and compliance tracking. Comms Portal System Support • Support intake, planning, and execution of communications through the Comms Portal, including, scheduling, validation and distribution. • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, training resources, and process guidelines, • Proactively identify areas for improvement, escalating issues as needed. • Support reporting and insights on communications distribution to inform leadership decisions. Qualifications Experience Required: • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, hospitality operations, or compliance-focused roles within the hotel industry. • 2+ years of experience in training and writing training material. • Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest experience, and brand standards. • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Bilingual proficiency (written and spoken) in English and at least one other language, • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear messages. • Detail-oriented and analytical, with a problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach. Experience Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. • Proficiency with technology platforms, with a proven ability to learn and manage new systems quickly. • Project management experience and ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the minimum local wage rate.
