Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management • Handle mass / high-volume hiring across multiple roles and projects (mainly Customer Support positions) • Build and maintain a strong and sustainable candidate pipeline using diverse sourcing channels • Partner with external recruitment vendors and agencies when required • Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage of the process • Create, update, and manage job descriptions and job postings • Support hiring managers in interview coordination, decision-making, and offer negotiations • Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools, and internal guidelines • Prepare recruitment reports, metrics, and analytics • Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities when needed Requirements • 1+ year of experience as a Recruiter • Mandatory experience with mass or high-volume hiring • Strong English proficiency (B2 or higher) • Experience working with ATS/HR systems; MS Office proficiency • Experience in international hiring is a strong advantage • Ability to work with data and recruitment metrics • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset We Offer • Fixed compensation plus bonuses tied to successful hires • Medical and life insurance after the trial period • English classes with a native speaker • Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 (Kyiv time) or 9:00–18:00 CET • Corporate training, professional development, and team events
