Position Overview • Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. • Overtime: Mandatory Fridays, 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., through the end of 2025. This schedule could end sooner or be extended. Excellent way to boost your income while keeping your evenings and weekends free! • Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour (pay will depend upon experience, to include type of machine operation) Key Responsibilities • Set up, operate, and monitor rotational molding equipment to produce plastic parts for snowplow and ice control products • Prepare molds, load materials, and perform quality checks throughout production • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues • Trim, finish, and assemble molded parts • Inspect parts for defects to ensure high-quality standards • Operate powered industrial trucks as needed for material handling • Maintain a safe, organized work environment • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow • Engage in training and continuous improvement initiatives Essential Experience Success in this role requires experience working in environments exposed to extreme heat, especially during summer months.
