A mission-driven online education provider is seeking a technically skilled professional to manage and optimize its learning platforms. This full-time remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment and enjoys solving complex challenges in digital education. Key Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain Moodle Workplace LMS, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support • Lead technical projects involving learning platforms, software integrations, and system enhancements • Provide responsive technical support to instructors, staff, and stakeholders • Collaborate with instructional designers and IT teams to improve user experience and system performance • Develop and deliver training programs on LMS functionalities and best practices • Research and recommend emerging learning technologies to support innovation • Ensure compliance with data security and accessibility standards • Generate reports and analytics to assess system performance and learner engagement • Manage vendor relationships and oversee system upgrades • Support additional technical needs as assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience administering Moodle Workplace or similar LMS platforms • Strong technical project management skills, including software integration • Familiarity with e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM) and instructional technology principles • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications in LMS administration or instructional technology • Familiarity with AI-driven learning tools and automation Benefits: • Fully remote work environment, work from anywhere within the U.S. • Flexible scheduling within core collaboration hours • Paid Time Off: 10 days annually, with additional flexibility as needed • Quarterly performance bonus program recognizing individual and team impact • Bring-your-own-device (BYOD) setup, use the tools you're most comfortable with • Professional development opportunities including online training and certifications • Lean, agile team culture with direct access to leadership and meaningful project ownership • Regular virtual check-ins and collaborative planning sessions to foster connection and alignment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off Application Question(s): • What is your ideal salary range for this position? • How many years of experience do you have with remote working?
