VP, Fullstack Engineer (Frontend Focus) - Charlotte, NC Our client is seeking a seasoned VP-level Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to help build high-impact, user-facing applications that power risk and data-driven decision making across their organization. Joining our client's team in Charlotte, you will lead the design and delivery of modern web interfaces, collaborate closely with backend engineers, and deploy robust solutions on Azure that directly influence critical business decisions. Key Skills and Responsibilities • React & TypeScript: Build scalable, production-grade front-end applications, with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability. • HTML & CSS: Craft responsive, accessible UI layouts that deliver a seamless user experience. • AG Grid and Data Grids: Implement advanced, high-performance data tables, including server-side data handling and performance tuning for complex datasets. • UI Component Libraries / Storybook: Develop and maintain reusable components and design systems to ensure consistency across our client's products. • Python & Django/Flask/FastAPI: Collaborate with backend engineers to design, integrate, and optimize API services. • SQL & Data Analysis: Write SQL queries and perform data analysis tasks to support data-driven functionality. • Azure & DevOps: Deliver production releases via Azure (App Service, Functions, Containers) and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Node.js, Vite, and modern build tooling. • Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, testable code, contribute to engineering standards, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior members of our client's team. • Communication: Clearly explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
