QA Engineer | Back Office Trading | Princeton, NJ | $135k + Bonus | No Sponsorship Position Title: QA Engineer – Back Office Trading Applications Location: Princeton, NJ Salary: $135,000 + Bonus + Benefits Role Summary: • Manual QA role supporting back-office trading systems across multiple exchanges • Focused on test strategy and execution • Automation expected to begin in 6–8 months; initial responsibilities are fully manual Technical Skills – Required: • Basic proficiency in Selenium: ability to identify, debug, and communicate bugs • Strong SQL skills for data validation • Cucumber testing framework • Linux: ability to read and interpret application logs Technical Skills – Preferred: • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with Jenkins Team Environment: • Collaborative and self-sufficient QA team • Emphasis on ownership and independence; minimal reliance on developers Work Arrangement: • First month: 3 days/week in-office • Ongoing: 3 days in-office every other week Candidate Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of QA experience (originally targeting 10+ years) • Hands-on, proactive, and eager to grow • Comfortable working in Linux environments and interpreting application logs • Not overly senior; must be willing to dive into manual testing Interview Process: • Phone Screen (30–45 minutes): Resume review and technical Q&A • Zoom Panel Interview (3 hours): Meetings with development managers, QA leads, automation lead, and hiring manager • Final Round (In-Person, 2 hours): Culture and fit discussion with hiring manager and team lead
