5+ years in systems, robotics, or embedded development with strong programming skills in Python, C++, Rust, or Go, plus knowledge of IoT, distributed systems, and sensor or machine-learning integration.

The Future Systems Engineer is a next-generation systems architect — part AI developer, part robotics engineer, part distributed-network thinker. What You’ll Do • Develop and deploy advanced systems across neurointerfaces, robotics, or DePIN frameworks. • Design software–hardware integrations enabling machine-to-machine communication. • Prototype and maintain AI-powered firmware or decentralized computing architectures. • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on cutting-edge energy, mobility, or data projects. • Implement performance testing, predictive analytics, and automated diagnostics for next-gen hardware. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience in systems, robotics, or embedded development. • Strong background in Python, C++, Rust, or Go. • Knowledge of IoT, DePIN, distributed systems, or energy technology. • Familiarity with sensor systems, drones, or machine-learning integration. • High adaptability and a passion for merging physical and digital systems. Preferred • Experience in neuroengineering, quantum computing, or decentralized storage. • Familiarity with edge computing and AI inference hardware.
