As a communications agent, you will play a key role in supporting our communications strategies and initiatives, helping to maintain a strong and positive relationship between our organization and the public. Key Responsibilities • Assist in creating and distributing press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials. • Support social media management by drafting posts and monitoring engagement. • Help organize and coordinate events, including press conferences and community outreach programs. • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform communication strategies. • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public relations efforts and their effectiveness. • Collaborate with team members to develop creative content for various communication channels. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to group efforts. • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design skills are a plus. • Familiarity with communication tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
