Job Description: • Lead and develop our creative team (Design, Copy, Content) • Develop a forward-looking marketing strategy for hurra.com — in collaboration with Management & Sales • Supervise campaigns, branding projects, and pitches — both internal and external • Ensure a consistent brand identity across all channels • Strengthen our creative excellence — through structure, tools, inspiration, and technology transfer • Work closely with clients, consultants, and performance units • Integrate new technological possibilities (e.g., AI creation, automated asset production) into creative processes Requirements: • Several years of experience as an Art Director, Creative Lead, or Head of Marketing — ideally in a digital agency environment • Strong conceptual and design skills in digital brand communication • Good understanding of digital marketing, digital advertising channels, and the role of creative in data-driven strategies • Experience with AI tools and creative workflows — e.g., for visuals, copy, or personalization • Enthusiasm for actively integrating new technologies such as generative AI, LLMs, or automated asset testing into daily work • Experience leading creative teams and building efficient, modern processes • Strategic sensibility for brand development — both internally and externally • Very good German skills (at least C1) and confident English proficiency • Remote work experience and ideally residence outside Germany (e.g., EU, Asia, MENA) Benefits: • 100% remote setup with flexible working hours and an international focus • Significant creative freedom — with direct influence on brand, communications, and processes • A work environment that consistently combines technology, creativity, and strategic thinking • International client projects and internal development topics with high visibility • Access to proprietary technologies, modern AI tools, and relevant training opportunities • A committed, professional team with flat hierarchies and real scope for shaping work
