Job Description: • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy for Huron’s Human Resources team • Serve as the strategic communications adviser to HR leaders • Support the enterprise awards, recognitions, and employer brand strategies • Compose and disseminate internal communications • Partner with recruiting, marketing, and social media teams • Build strong, trusted relationships across HR centers of excellence • Reinforce governance standards and communication workflows • Contribute to a high-performing team Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Journalism, or a related field • 6+ years of professional experience in internal communications • Direct experience supporting Human Resources, People, or Talent functions • Working knowledge of HR disciplines such as talent acquisition, total rewards, benefits, employee experience, and change management. • Proven ability to act as a trusted communications adviser • Strong strategic thinking, writing, and project management skills. • Experience with global employer branding and EVP development • Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to inform communications strategies.
