Full Description

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and payroll - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical - Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports - Perform general ledger accounting duties, including journal entries and bank reconciliations - organize accounts payable and accounts receivable functions - Conduct research and compile data for various projects - Coordinate and organize company events and meetings - Assist with estimating and invoicing jobs Skills: - Proficient in general ledger accounting principles and practices - Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) - Strong 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry - Experience with bank reconciliation processes - Familiarity with budgeting procedures - Understanding of governmental accounting regulations is a plus - Ability to handle accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and payments - Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures, including invoicing and collections - Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to a dynamic team.
