Key Responsibilities Program & Project Governance: Partner with the CAIO leadership and technical leads to track ongoing AI initiatives, literacy efforts, research spikes, and client-facing deliverables from conception to completion. Workflow & Operations Management: Maintain and optimize team boards, backlogs, and milestone trackers (primarily using Microsoft (Teams, Planner, Sharepoint), and Jira) to ensure transparent progress, clear ownership, and timely delivery. Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate day-to-day synchronization for a wide range of stakeholders, removing roadblocks and keeping communication channels open. Data-Driven Reporting: Gather metrics, synthesize project health indicators, and prepare concise status updates, executive summaries, and meeting readouts for leadership. Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement lightweight solutions to optimize efficiency. Meeting & Artifact Facilitation: Drive meetings and ensuring action items are captured and followed through. What You Bring (Qualifications) Experience: 1–4 years of professional experience in program operations, project management, business analysis, or a technical operating environment. Technical Familiarity: Hands-on experience with agile project management tools—specifically Jira and Microsoft —to track workflows, epics, and tasks. Problem-Solving Mindset: A natural inclination to look at a messy process and figure out how to make it smoother, faster, and more efficient. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable distilling complex technical updates into clear insights for leadership and stakeholders. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where priorities can shift alongside emerging technology trends. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting technical teams (Software Engineering, Data Science, or AI/ML). Familiarity with federal contracting environments or SDVOSB operations. Basic data analysis skills (Excel, Google Workspace, or lightweight BI dashboards). Salary Range-$75k-90K
