Description Summary: • Responsible for establishing and overseeing the operating model and governance methodology for a comprehensive program to identify, assess, monitor, control and manage technical recovery risk for all IT and Business-supported applications enterprise wide. Lead our Technical Recovery and Business Continuity planning functions to minimize any disruption to our customers and colleagues should any impacting event arise. Duties And Responsibilities • Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses • Coordinate incident response and crisis management activities • Ensure organizational compliance with resiliency standards and regulations • Oversee training and awareness programs for business continuity • Monitor and test recovery procedures and plans regularly • Collaborate with departments to ensure integration of resiliency into business processes • Lead the development and maintenance of continuity policies and procedures • Provide leadership during real-time incident management and recovery efforts • Prepare and present enterprise resiliency reports to senior management • Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree • 10+ years of related experience • Excellent client management skills • Ability to make swift, data driven decisions • Technology-enabled innovation experience Preferred Qualifications • 15+ years of related experience • Strong leadership and coaching skills • Ability to resolve issues and drive performance • Skilled in articulating and interacting with both technical and non-technical leaders • Experience with cloud architecture and adoption • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Goal-oriented • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills • Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical ability • Resourceful • Effectively manages stress in a constantly changing environment Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
