Talent Acquisition Pre-Boarding Analyst Beachwood, OH $18.50/HR The Talent Acquisition Pre-Boarding Analyst facilitates and coordinates human resources (HR) appointments for new caregivers/employees. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate and timely communication with candidates and newly hired employees, and ensuring all onboarding requirements are completed prior to the employee’s start date. Talent Acquisition Pre-Boarding Analyst Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate new employee human resource appointments Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and new hires during pre-boarding Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to all stakeholders Ensure all onboarding documentation and requirements are completed accurately and on time Maintain accurate records and perform data entry within HR systems Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and internal systems Support Talent Acquisition efforts related to employee pre-boarding Talent Acquisition Pre-Boarding Analyst Requirements High School Diploma or above Strong customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication Accurate data entry skills Organization and strong attention to detail Ability to manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
