Sales Manager -Industrial Water Treatment Solutions 📍 Remote - Anywhere in the U.S., near a major airport | $120k-175k - OTE $250k-350K+ Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for water and a knack for building complex solution-driven deals? We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across both municipal and industrial markets throughout the Americas. You'll sell high-performance water and wastewater treatment solutions to clients ranging from public utilities to EPCs serving sectors like desalination, mining, power generation, oil & gas, and food & beverage. This is a highly visible role offering challenge, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape resilient water infrastructure where it matters most. This position is remote, and we're open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S., ideally near a major airport to support regional and national travel. Our Client is a leading global provider of comprehensive water and wastewater solutions for both industrial and municipal needs. They offer a full range of services, including new build construction, system upgrades, and operations and maintenance for both industrial and municipal needs. Compensation: 💰 Base salary: $120k-175k 📈 Competitive commission plan 💼 Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays Travel: 25-50% You'll be part of a collaborative and entrepreneurial sales team that values independence, results, and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies targeting both municipal utilities and industrial clients across the Americas. • Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities through EPCs and direct relationships in industries such as desalination, mining, power, oil & gas, and food & beverage. • Conduct needs assessments, present custom solutions, and manage complex procurement and sales processes from lead to close. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with engineers, contractors, project managers, and procurement leaders. • Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and CRM management. • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategies. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project execution. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental preferred) or a related technical field. • 5+ years of sales experience in water/wastewater treatment or capital equipment, with a focus on municipal and/or industrial markets. • Proven ability to close complex, consultative sales with long sales cycles. • Experience working with EPC firms and an understanding of their project drivers and decision-making processes. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Proficient in CRM tools and sales forecasting. • Willingness to travel within the U.S. Make your mark in an industry that matters.
