Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and management of our programs. This position requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure program success. Duties • Develop, implement, and oversee programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. • Manage day-to-day operations of programs, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations. • Supervise program staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to enhance team performance. • Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners to promote program engagement and support. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities, participant progress, and budget management. • Collaborate with social workers and behavioral health professionals to create comprehensive support plans for participants. • Monitor program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively while adhering to financial guidelines. • Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and outcomes. Qualifications • Proven experience in program development and management within social services or a related field. • Strong background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups. • Administrative experience that includes budgeting and resource allocation is essential. • Supervising experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities in guiding teams toward achieving goals. • Knowledge of behavioral health practices is a plus, enhancing the ability to support participants effectively. • A degree in social work or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
