Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer performs identity and access management tasks related to end user access, such as access additions, modifications, deletions and disables from various systems. The Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer will also spearhead critical operational initiatives. This pivotal role will entail meticulous handling of escalations and documenting of processes to ensure service efficiency within the EIPAM Provisioning Teams. This Engineer will leverage their abilities to furnish actionable analyses and astute recommendations to leadership, aiding in continuous improvement in delivery and simplification of processes. In this, the Engineer will assist with the onboarding process of applications in establishing provisioning and de-provisioning processes as well as assessments regarding vulnerabilities and backstop enhancements to act as guardians of access sensitivity. The Engineer will proactively assess workflows, identifying opportunities for process refinement and cross-team collaboration between EIPAM teams. By instigating cohesive strategies, the Engineer aims to streamline incident resolution processes, provisioning activities, and repetitive tasks, ensuring consistent, prompt, and accurate handling of issues to drive positive outcomes for effected customers and departments. This Engineer will utilize their expertise in taking recommended and repetitive tasks and working to create frameworks to prepare tasks for automation through either PowerShell operations or acting as expert representatives working with automation teams. Their keen insights and expertise will assist provisioning teams in these efforts, driving operational efficiency, and mitigating manual overhead. Acting as the go-to authority on these provisioning activities, the Engineer will serve as a linchpin in fostering synergy across teams and driving organizational excellence. The Engineer will collaborate closely with Tech Strategy and other key business partners to resolve complex issues and mitigate risks. By forging strong relationships and leveraging collective expertise, the Engineer will work collaboratively to enhance service delivery, reduce operational risk, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This proactive engagement with key stakeholders underscores the Engineer’s commitment to holistic problem-solving and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence across the organization. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5 - 8 years experience in Identity and Access Management Experienced with Complex Data Analysis and evaluation related to IAM or Cyber Security Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in a Technical Field IAM or Security Certification Powershell or related scripting automation experience Additional Information Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $89,000 - $121,400 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
