Job Description: • Collaborate with enterprise leaders and key stakeholders to lead a high-performing team in crafting learning experiences • Design and implement standardized processes, templates, and learning materials to support clinical enablement across Medicaid markets • Measure and track the effectiveness of learning programs • Collect and analyze feedback from surveys, focus groups, and business data to inform recommendations for continuous improvement of program content and delivery • Remain informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance learning and development offerings Requirements: • Bachelor's degree • Four (4) or more years of learning design, program design and/or clinical operations experience • Two (2) or more years of formal or informal leadership experience • Proficiency in Articulate 360 Suite Benefits: • medical, dental and vision benefits • 401(k) retirement savings plan • time off (including paid time off, company and personal holidays, volunteer time off, paid parental and caregiver leave) • short-term and long-term disability • life insurance • many other opportunities
