Role Overview: As an HRIS Analyst at Human Interest, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information Systems to support our growing team. You will ensure data integrity, streamline HR processes, and provide actionable insights that enhance decision-making and employee experience. What You'll Do: - You will manage and maintain HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. - You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and new functionalities. - You will analyze HR data to identify trends and provide reports to leadership. - You will troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues promptly to minimize disruptions. - You will support onboarding and training initiatives related to HR systems. - You will assist in the development and documentation of HRIS policies and procedures. - You will ensure data privacy and security standards are upheld within HR systems. - You will participate in cross-functional projects to improve HR technology and processes. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or BambooHR. - You possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in data reporting tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau. - You have a solid understanding of HR processes including payroll, benefits, and compliance. - You demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams. - You are detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data integrity. - You have experience managing system implementations or upgrades. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with API integrations and automation within HR systems. - Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA. - Certification in HRIS or related fields (e.g., SHRM, HRCI). - Background in project management or change management.
